DIY watering wand for bonsai

My watering wand is broken… again. Probably it fell from bench, and plastic thread cracked.

I have some spare irrigation system parts, and metal shower head, so lets try to do something…

Attach male adapter (20mm to 1/2) to shower head and then put PE pipe (20mm) to adapter.

Cut PE pipe on desired length. I have cut it on 40cm. Use teflon tape on all female threads.

Connect tap connector (1/2).

Connect hose connector to hose connector with control valve.

And watering wand is put together.

It’s working perfectly and it’s lightweight.
Shower head is providing gentle mist spray, just as I like. With valve it’s possible to control amount of water or cut it, while moving to another part of garden.
